Experimental Typeface Design
rant is an 8-poster series that critiques Grimes’ 2013 Tumblr manifesto, “I don’t want to have to compromise my morals in order to make a living.” Supporting this work is 5ever, a custom dot matrix font designed to capture the early 2010s internet aesthetic and named after vintage online slang.
Created in Graduate Typography 4, taught by Gloria Kondrup at ArtCenter College of Design. Developed for an assignment to interpret a manifesto into an 8-poster series, a modular typeface and a type specimen.
